Block multiple creatures with walls that take no damage. "Fog" combat damage until you win.

High Ground and Brave the Sands let you block multiple creatures.

Order of the Stars , Fog Bank and Guard Gomazoa avoid all combat damage. You can block and sac Cathedral Membrane to deal 6 damage to each creature it blocks.

Drift of Phantasms transmutes for High Alert . now everyone is as strong as their toughness and they can attack as though they didn't have defender. or target a Gomazoa to put the creatures back in their library. or a Wild-Field Scarecrow if you need lands. Also any sideboard tech you need.

Stalwart Shield-Bearers everyone else gets +2/+2 for 1W. WORTH!

Ludevic's Test Subject   13/13 with trample.

Jeskai Barricade to bounce a creature that just blocked multiples and might die. or additional draws off Wall of Omens . Removed for now.

Perimeter Captain to gain life. Do we even need this? Removed for now.

also removed Kaijin of the Vanishing Touch to send the blocked creatures back to their owners hand. Resolute Watchdog or Jeskai Barricade can save its life. If they are not a threat who cares?
