Hey Chorster , I agree with Vos about the creature gap and the unfortunate truth like Vos mentioned is a Searing Spear to a Fog Bank is trouble. In my mill deck I used an element of control as far as keeping the opponents creatures tapped to make up for my lack of creatures, have you ever considered throwing in Sleep or Downpour ? Between those and Vapor Snag or Unsummon you should be able to have time to mill the heck out of your opponent. All in all though good looking bones here, good luck.

To fully use the Sphere, possibly add more enchantments?

I just dont know what other enchantments I'd add and what to take away that wouldnt ruin the deck.

You need 24 lands at least for a mill deck, and I bet Blind Obedience would be a good addition as a two of if you're looking for more enchantments. Great for a little extra life gain, and great for all those annoying fast decks. Also, is there any reason why you have Cancel over Dissipate ?

Have you thought about Touch of the Eternal ? Between that and Sphere of Safety , you can effectively stop someone in their tracks late game from overrunning you unless they can swing big with one or two creatures. Especially if you have more than one sphere out and other enchantments. It worked really well in my friend's pillowfort.
I'd get rid of the Inaction Injunction over anything and add more permanents. Sphere of Safety is really what will protect you the most, and Essence Scatter , Oblivion Ring , or Detention Sphere can do the same job better, while Thought Scour is going to work towards your win condition of milling while getting you a card for cheap. I'd add at least one more Thought Scour , or maybe two of those and either Jace or Detention Sphere if you don't like the idea of trying Touch of the Eternal .
