Approach Control done right. (Actually don't think it's done right at all lol.)

The point of this deck is to make Game 1 as long as possible, and win immediately with two Approach of the Second Sun back-to-back.

I started playing Magic a month ago, and I really am into it. This is my first go at a real deck so any and all input is greatly appreciated. I made this deck with cards I've pulled and traded for. It's a very limited pool of players and cards where I live, but I definitely tried with this.

MAINBOARD CHANGES:

All of these changes is aimed at the aggro matchup for Game 1 with plenty of anti-control in the sideboard. Let's get into it!

-1 Evolving Wilds, +1 Irrigated Farmlands

Finally got that last copy!

-1 Cast Out, +1 Ixalan's Binding

Exile the other player's core, & stop them from playing other copies. Another Binding in the sideboard.

-1 Censor & -1 Disallow, +2 Essence Scatter

As previously stated, this is mostly for the aggro matchup. Moving Essence Scatter from the sideboard to the main deck. A turn 2 creature counter is much faster than a turn 4 exile and you get to save the Disallow for something more important.

SIDEBOARD CHANGES:

-1 Ixalan's Binding, +1 Gideon of the Trials

Gideon is the alternate win condition in this deck.

-2 Baffling End, +1 Cast Out & +1 Disallow

As previously stated, this sideboard is aimed mostly at the control mirror match and stopping people from doing things period.
