Just a blue faerie control/utility deck that is based on jjmowi's Mischief Managed (Fae Tempo-Control).

Sorta on a budget but willing to tune and tweak this list when I have the funds.

Decided I really like Quickling because it lets me recast Vendilion Clique and Mistbind Clique, while also taking advantage of bounce blocking. I could be convinced to swap it for Unsummon or something, but i felt this effect combined with the added bonus of extra creature power was a great value.

I am currently only missing a Vendilion Clique and a handful from my sideboard. From the few playtests I've done, Vendilion Clique is a fun card to play and will counter Emrakul decks quite nicely.
