Mill your opponent's by using the Emry, Lurker of the Loch + Lotus Petal + Mirran Spy loop then casting Brain Freeze

Janky 4 card combo:

Using Emry, Lurker of the Loch + Mirran Spy + Altar of Dementia + Memnite

Sacrifice memnite to altar to mill someone 1 card, tap Emry to cast Memnite for 0 which triggers Mirran spy to uptap Emry. Rinse and repeat.

This also works with Grinding Station in place of Altar of Dementia

Other things to do:

Muddle the Mixture + Rings of Brighthearth search two cards instead of one

Mycosynth Lattice + Mystic Forge lets you play any non-land card from the top of your libary

March of the Machines + Mycosynth Lattice , everything becomes an artifact creature, also kills all lands and 0 cmc artifacts.
