This is a casual, multi-player friendly, combo/control deck built around blind seer and various strong color hosers. Take out early threats with arrest and pacifism, then lock them out with Blind Seer + Douse Light of Day + Sleight of Mind Blind Seer + Northern Paladin etc.

I prioritized style over optimal card choices since I wanted to have the deck in old frames, with art and flavor text referencing Urza and his gang. (Barrin, Teferi, Jhoira) when possible to keep this as "an Urza themed deck" as much as possible. Suggestions within these parameters are most welcome.
