What the title says, just play Urza and win! The end. No more explanation.

Urza, High Lord Artificer is a powerful commander card simply because of his second ability - it states, "tap an untapped artifact you control: add blue mana." The deck's primary purpose is to play low costing artifacts to cast Urza in the foray fast so artifacts generate blue mana. Whether we win by deck-out or control the board state, we want to combo off and win with infinite mana as quick as possible.
