We all lose games from time to time, and every now and then someone pisses us off so much that we feel like focusing down that guy in the next game. This deck ramps up quickly and is great for 1v1 matches and even multi-player games, to a lesser extent. That being said, I typically use it to inflict suffering on the winner of the previous game because I'm just petty like that. As an added bonus, it usually works!

This deck relies heavily on card draw, since I can literally play an entire handful of enchantments in one turn. I have a variety of different auras in this deck that I use to create holes in my opponents' defenses, which allow me to deal damage and keep Uril, the Miststalker on the battlefield.

The key is to cast your general by turn four at the latest, and with the help of Mana Vault, Bloom Tender, Devoted Druid and the like, you always will, but ideally, you'll want to ensure that your commander hits the battlefield by turn two or three. This allows you to become as powerful as possible before anyone can do anything about it. If your play group permits friendly mulligans, use it to your benefit to achieve a balanced opening hand.

Cards like Path to Exile, Red Elemental Blast, Gaddock Teeg, and Constant Mists will ensure that both you and your strategy remain intact, as you deliver the killing blow.

Updates Add

Thanks to tons of input from other users and especially JaceTheSwagSculptor (fellow voltron player), the latest update to this deck is finally complete, and this represents the most balanced update to the deck yet!

I'll update the lands later on, once I acquire physical copies of the cards, but even the lands are in pretty good shape at this point. If you play-test the deck, you'll rarely have any color-fixing issues.

I opted for Choke and Boil because of the blue players in my meta, but if your play group doesn't consist of any counterspell-slinging blue players, feel free to switch them out with something more relevant, but try to ensure that the cmc cost is the same to ensure that the curve is as balanced as possible.
