This is a midrange tempo-y UR spell-slingy deck. It takes advantage of the cost-reduction effects of Primal Amulet and Baral to allow it to cast more spells each turn.This deck is also budget and uses some of the cards I already have in my collection, to further reduce the cost of the deck.I'm hoping for some suggestions to make this deck curve out better and/or be more consistent. Keep in mind that I want to keep the deck budget, but feel free to suggest anything - I'll consider it, because I have no hard cap for the budget.
