U/R budget storm deck from the YouTube channel TheManaSource, made some changes to the core of the deck to make it modern and added a sideboard that just adds for more aggresive play.

The sideboard definatly increase the price of the deck but I honestly consider it optional because the core deck is fine by itself

If your just playing casual and you aren't making all your friends hate you, I would exchange Opt for Gitaxian Probe
