Hi all! :)

First off, I'm quite new to MTG, I've only really played for a few months. So any help is greatly appreciated.

This is an Izzet deck I've been working on for a while. I had originally built it as a legacy deck for casual play, but recently I decided try try making it as competitive as possible for modern.

As for mana, as much as I'd love to run 4 Scalding Tarns, they are way too freakin expensive right now. The dual's I'm running are about the best I have ATM. 4 cascade bluffs would be nice too. Really, I'm just wondering if 20 lands is enough.
