Trying to develop this deck to beat a guy in our playgroup who usually wins! All cards are allowed except for CONSISTENTLY game breaking combos.

(my budget is not huge, so no snapcaster's :( also, i know scalding tarn would be a good addition, if anyone has them for trade, message me or whatever)
