This is the initial version of my Standard UR Prowess Budget deck.

The main kill condition for this deck is to put at least two copies of either Soul-Scar Mage, Spellweaver Eternal or Adeliz, the Cinder Wind and attack, while casting cheap cantrips (Opt and Warlord's Fury) to massively increase damage dealt by the mages. After putting two or three creatures on the battlefield, casting two spells results on a massive swing of 10+ damage as soon as turn 3.

Kari Zev's Expertise can be cast on a creature you own to give it haste and allow you to cast a spell for free. This allow for instant burst with a play similar to Kari Zev's Expertise + Soul-Scar Mage + Wizard's Lightning .

Chart a Course and The Flame of Keld can be used to refill your hand once you're done dumping your entire hand, allowing you to get even more spells to power up all Mages.
