UNDER! OVER! Who cares! With this deck the idea is to be doing both as fast as possible with the few fast but efficient creatures you have. All while slinging spells and disrupting your opponent paving your way to victory with a huge Enigma Drake or Stormchaser Mage. Kill you opponents pesky creatures with the burn package of Harnessed Lightning, Shock, and Incendiary Flow . Keep your hand full with cards like Tormenting Voice and Fevered Visions all while disrupting your opponent with Censor which has the amazing upside of cycling for just one blue when its not needed. Then finish the game with a out of nowhere Insult / Injury or Uncaged Fury.
