This is a budget U/R Delver/Aggro deck I made for Modern. The goal of this deck is to throw out early game threats while countering your opponents spells and burning them to close the game. It is a very fast and a very fun deck to play. This is my first Modern deck and I am quite new to the format so help is much appreciated. Recommendations for the mainboard and SIDEBOARD are welcomed. I'm not interested in buying a bunch of fetches and other expensive cards for it, this is called a budget deck for a reason. Please comment and upvote, you are thanked for your help.
