Heavy on burn spells with a couple of creatures that synergize with instants and sorceries, such as Enigma Drake and Thermo-Alchemist. Fevered Visions helps get in some extra damage to burn opponents down quicker, while also adding needed card draw. Collective Defiance is a great way to deal with combo decks and get in some damage at the same time. I've done pretty well with this deck at my LGS, and the players there are pretty competitive.
