The game plan is to control the board while casting spells that trigger abilities on your creatures that allows you to wear your opponent down.
Soul scar mage + thermo-alchemist are early plays that give you value for your spells. Neither are bad late game either as soul scar synergises with your removal to put -1/-1 counters on enemy creatures.
Glorybringer, Bedlam Reveler and Chandra are your finishers that your opponent must answer or they lose the game.
Fevered visions is a house against control and midrange decks and makes sure you do not run out of steam. It should be sideboarded out against aggro as it mainly just gives your opponents cards to use against you.
The rest of the deck is just removal and burn spells, with negate to counter potentially troublesome artifacts, enchantments or planeswalkers.
The sideboard has answers for various decks. Sweepers for aggro, counters for combo decks. Engigma drake is a sideboard card for when Glorybringer has no creatures to kill with its exert ability. By force has been great against torrential gearhulk and marvel decks. You side in fumarole for a mountain when you bring in all of the sideboard counters versus control, or take out a soul-scar and bring it in as a tapped 24th land.
