Looking for tips on how to make this deck good at my LGS for FNM. Any cards that I should consider for this? Cards to cut? Side-board cards or cards to watch out for from the opponent?

What this deck aims to do is play cheap creatures the first few turns, burning the opponent's creatures, pinging the opponent with Thermo-Alchemist, and digging for cards with Anticipate + Tormenting Voice while also growing Enigma Drake. Finally, I hope to close the game with Insult/Injury and swinging with Enigma Drake and/or Stormchaser Mage
