I... can't be a wizard. I'm just Jori.

Jori En, Ruin Diver might not look threatening with her "unimpressive stats and ability" but that's exactly what you want your opponent to believe. Because of that, she's diving under the radar while the deck gain incremental card advantage over the turns, instead of an alarming Blue Sun's Zenith or a huge ass combo dragon, making that player and the commander a huge target. It is fun to not having the commander removed every time.

My choice to make Jori En, Ruin Diver's ability to a Phyrexian Arena is to play cheap or "free" spells in pair with another spell. Imagine getting value for just one mana cantrip or in mid-game playing a Counterspell that also says: draw a card!

By playing many cheap stuff, the deck really is all about efficiency and the small advantages early game, your cantrip turns into card advantage and card advantage into even more cards. Get the card advantage and use them to disrupt against opposing key cards and protect yourself until late-game. Late-game, with the card advantage gained by playing fair Magic, these spells really shines when chained together to storm off with Mizzix's Mastery on cards such as Guttersnipe or Mind's Desire.

Storm Abusers

• Aetherflux Reservoir: Life Gain and the best win condition in this deck.

• Guttersnipe: Burn faces.

• Mind's Desire: Crazy random value!

• Temporal Fissure: Undo troubling permanents or lock the opponents by returning their lands.

• Thing in the Ice  : Evacuation on a monstrousity. Bevare of horror tribal tho!

• Trail of Evidence : Card advantage by just playing the game.

• Young Pyromancer : Build up defense against creature combat.

Win-conditions

• Aetherflux Reservoir: AMMA FIRING MY LAZAH!

• Future Sight + Sensei's Divining Top + Helmet of Awakening: Recasting Top over and over again to draw out the library or up the storm count.

• Mind's Desire + high storm count for crazy value, enough to win if it hits certain spells.

• Mizzix's Mastery /Past in Flames + almost anything that can abuse the storm count.

• Rite of Replication + Dualcaster Mage combo for infinit Dualcaster Mage tokens.

• Temporal Fissure + high storm count, usually by returning all opposing land cards. Ensue rage quit from them if it's sucessfully executed early game.
