Don't mill, just exile your opponent's deck.

Play Induced Amnesia, then return it to your hand, or replay it, using Release to the Wind, Rescue or Winds of Rebuke, leaving your opponent's hand in permanent exile. Return cards to your opponent's hand, then exile his/her hand. Flood of Recollection allows you to select an instant in your grave and return it to your hand......etc.

On the attack side, Slither Blade can be there from turn 1, but as the game progresses, Tempest Djinn should become a strong finisher. You wont often win by attacking, but it is a pity that we can't attach a Quietus Spike to Slither Blade
