This is Untap, Upkeep, Tap, Concede! What the deck is trying to do:

Turn 1 - Land, Noble Hierarch or Birds of Paradise.

Turn 2 - Land, Kitchen Finks, Reflector Mage, Eternal Witness, or Tireless Tracker.

Turn 3 - Land, pass the turn, stop on opponents upkeep, cast Elder Deep-Fiend tapping them down.

Turn 4 - Start beating down with a 5/6 with your opponent being defenseless.

The deck has some other powerful backup plans. Of course this is a nut draw, but it happens quite consistently. Here are the cards and the reason for them being in the deck:

The Reason for the Season Show

Elder Deep-Fiend - The reason for even playing this deck. This is a super powerful card, and is our main win-con. Can be easily cast as fast as turn 3, and chaining these things together turn after turn is almost unbeatable.

Rampers Show

The goal of the deck is to get a turn 2 three drop, so how do we do this? 1 mana creatures that add mana.

Noble Hierarch - The best 1 drop mana creature available to us. Can tap for all of our colors, and just as an added bonus, gives an exalted trigger. Amazing against Ensnaring Bridge as well.

Birds of Paradise - A worse Noble Hierarch, but it still adds all of our colors, and can chump a big flier such as Griselbrand if needed.

The 3 Drops Show

Kitchen Finks - This card is insane. It is a three drop that stabilizes against aggro decks, and can be sacrificed twice with Elder Deep-Fiend.

Reflector Mage - The exact tempo card we needed. Can take out a creature for a couple of turns, and you don't mind sacrificing it. Also, the way this deck is constructed, there is a good chance that they won't be able to cast it again:

Play Reflector Mage, bounce Tarmogoyf, for instance. Pass the turn. This turn, they won't be able to cast the Tarmogoyf. You untap, now with 4+ mana, and pass the turn. Stop on their upkeep, cast Elder Deep-Fiend tapping them out. Continue chaining Elder Deep-Fiends together, and they won't be able to cast that creature ever again!

Tireless Tracker - I noticed, that sometimes this deck can get a bit flooded with 22 lands and 8 mana creatures. To compensate, I added Tireless Tracker for some additional card draw and a mana sink.

Eternal Witness - When chaining elder deep-fiends together, I noticed that a lot of the time, you just sacrifice the old one to the new one. This is just a way to get more Elder Deep-Fiend triggers. Also, if you don't have 3 elder deep-fiends in your deck, this can be the last search target for Congregation at Dawn to get back a diseased Elder Deep-Fiend.

Sylvok Replica - One of the worst card in the deck, but it provides a main-deck out to Blood Moon and Ensnaring Bridge. Can be fetched with Sanctum of Ugin, and still counts as a 3 drop.

Other Random Creatures Show

These creatures don't contribute to our nut mana curve, but provide another plan

Obstinate Baloth - The most hilarious thing your opponent can do it play a Swamp, and then a Raven's Crime while you have a Obstinate Baloth in hand... This card helps us stabilize against aggressive decks, is a good thing to sacrifice to an Elder Deep-Fiend, and is also a good target to blink with Restoration Angel.

Speaking of Restoration Angel...

Restoration Angel - It is yet another creature to sacrifice to Elder Deep-Fiend, and can give another ETB trigger off of Reflector Mage, Kitchen Finks, Eternal Witness, and the previously mentioned Obstinate Baloth. It can also protect a creature on your side from a removal spell, while providing a 3/4 flier. Keep in mind that this doesn't trigger Elder Deep-Fiend again.

Path to Exile - Just a removal spell.

Congregation at Dawn - One of the most powerful spells in the deck. Can search up 3 Elder Deep-Fiends and just put them on top. Casting 3 Elder Deep-Fiends turn after turn is one of the more powerful things you can do in Magic: the Gathering. Also, it can search out our one-of Sylvok Replica. Against an aggressive strategy, it's hilarious to put two Obstinate Baloths and a Kitchen Finks on top.

Sanctum of Ugin - Another way to chain together Elder Deep-Fiends, and to search out our one-of Sylvok Replica.
