Main Goal: Mill your opponent out

Core Ideas:

• Creature based mill using phenax's ability and high toughness/low cost creatures

• Control to ensure I don't die before Phenax can make his appearance

• Untapping to further increase the mill from phenax and to ramp

Core Cards:

• Phenax, God of Deception Allows any creature to tap and mill an amount equal to toughness.

• Disciple of Deceit allows you to swap a card for another card of the same CMC. This will ensure you have what you need when you need it, especially grabbing Phenax or getting rid of copies of Phenax.

• Kiora's Follower and Prophet of Kruphix give a huge amount of untapping and this deck has a lot of things to tap.

• Dragon's Eye Savants and Wall of Frost are the high toughness creatures of choice. Dragon's eye will give you a little peek at your opponents hand if you pay an extra mana too

• Grindclock plays amazingly well with the untap suite and can really come out of nowhere as a mill 20 given a few turns to build up

• Kin-Tree Invocation Is insane. I don't really think you can go wrong with it.

• Dig Through Time Is a fantastic clutch card. basically 7 scry draw 2 with delve to top it off. Mana cost is not an issue here because we have self mill (phenax).

Control Suite:

• AEtherspouts stops any creature based deck in its tracks, once they know you deck it they will be more cautious but that doesnt change the fact that you still have it.

• Sultai Charm removal when you need it, draw when you dont

• Hero's Downfall fills in the gaps that charm doesnt hit

• Dissolve best counterspell in standard.

• Kiora, the Crashing Wave Amazing planeswalker. Removes threats, protects your Disciple of Deceit , draws cards and has one of the hardest to deal with finisher ability all in one.
