This deck focuses on making the card Cephalid Constable unblockable and very large to return most (if not all) of your opponents permanents to their hand. The ideal way the deck works is: Turn 1: Forest, Noble Hierarch Turn 2: Flooded Grove, Artisan of Forms Turn 3: Land + Cephalid Constable, Attack with the Artisan transformed by a Rancor or a surprise Giant Growth if it's unblocked. (mana from the Noble Hierarch )Return all of their lands to their hand and win the game unless they have 1 drops or single mana removal. Fun deck to play with for sure!

The Vedalken AEthermages let you search for Cephalid Constable. The best combo is an Aqueous Form + Cephalid Constable + Might of Oaks .
