This is my Oona, Queen of the Fae deck. It's slightly budgetish in the fact that I don't want to spent money on the really utility cards(like the 20+ dollar tutors, some others). I know the deck is missing them but oh well.

The deck just kinda ramps hard into mill, which I know isn't the most effective strategy for Oona but I just really didn't want to make an infinite combo deck. You just kinda find the commander tron of urborg and cabal coffers then dump your hand until you have enough mana to do stuff. The deck has no infinite mana but it gets pretty darn close, my record is about 1230 mana(two doubling cubes with a rite of replication'd crypt ghast and urborg + cabal coffers out). usually the deck makes enough mana to win, though. that was just an extreme. lots of card draw in the deck and trinket mage + riptide laboratory/crystal shard will usually get every important thing from your deck multiple times. sensei's divining top gets free shuffles while you get expedition map 4 times by cycling around trinket mage to get expedition map, then elixir of immortality, then expedition map again. crystal shard also works pretty well with oblivion sower, ulamog, sidisi, solemn(kinda, in a pinch), and of course, sidisi. it's a really strong card and even if you don't have the listed creatures above it functions as protection for any important creature that might be targeted.

The faeries in the deck help to keep you alive longer, mill draws a lot of aggro from other players and sometimes just playing sower of temptation on their threats help to alleviate that a little. Plus they have some natural synergies with the deck already, what with Riptide Laboratory, Crystal Shard, and Bitterblossom all just being auto-includes(one faerie card that's in most lists but I thought wasn't good in my deck was Scion of Oona, it's a great card but shroud is objectively bad on my faeries, I can't bounce them to hand if they can't be targeted). Staying alive longer is also why I'm not running mesmeric orb, consuming aberration, or keening stone. They come out too early, don't auto-win when they hit, and attract too much attention from other players, usually ends up with 3-5 other players ganging up on you.

Should Oona not be accessible, I've put other cards in that should do what she does too, such as Phanax, Ulamog, Mind Grind, Geth(Though admitably Geth is a total nonbo with Leyline of the Void, though his main purpose otherwise is taking other people's ramp and manarocks). I tried to not make the deck too centered around Oona but she is still the main wincon.

The average CMC of the deck is a little high, and I'm not sure whether I want to turn it down or not. The deck usually doesn't have a problem with it because I have some pretty reliable ramp and make a lot of mana, but if it ever goes bad I'll probably tone down the cost of the deck.

If you have any suggestions feel free to tell me, I'm always looking to get better. Currently I think Oona works fine, if not a little too vulnerable to artifact hate but I don't think it's a big enough problem to include something like Darksteel Forge.
