This deck relies on Apex of Power to find the pieces it needs to win - I made this from scratch with the oddball economy of arena, so forgive my excitement in being able to share it at 1 am in the morning. In all honesty its similar to paradoxical engine decks, and in fact might work better in those shells as a worse paradoxical outcome.

It relies on Gilded Lotus, Powerstone Shard, Chandra, Torch of Defiance, Jaya Ballard and Whir of Invention, Trophy Mage to get the mana it needs. Then uses apex of power to find either Banefire or Walking Ballista to 20 our opponents face.

Magma Spray, Abrade, Hour of Devastation and Sweltering Suns keep us not dead.

I've made a variant using Planar Bridge that fetches Omniscience to play Overflowing Insight - although any bomb can be used as a win-con with this method.
