Primal Surge is not a good card for this build, you run too many Sorcery which are non-permanents.
Serra Avatar isn't meant for this deck, you have close to no lifegain to make it worthwhile.
Lingering Souls should be included as more tokens = more mana, flyers also have more chances of surviving after attacking.
What if you couldn't manage an card:Avacyn's Pilgrim, Farseek or card:Druids' Repository? This deck has too many expensive cards and not reliable enough ramp. 19 lands is also very low for a deck with such high cost, I can see you getting mana-screwed often.
If Birds of Paradise gets reprinted in return to ravinca I would run 4,
Rounded out the bottom of the mana curve a bit, added some more one cost mana producers. I haven't had much trouble with the amount of mana in the times I have playtested it, but I will still look into that. Thanks everyone!!

I feel like Primal Surge is a hit or miss kind of card to have in here with all of the sorceries.i can't really think of anything unless they're not that important to you.
