This is my first EDH deck please comment on how to make it better. I want this deck to be under fifty dollars but one hundred it probably more reasonable. Please note that I do not intend to use this for competitive play. Just casual.

My main strategy for the deck is steal opponents cards. So I've separated the cards into duplicate, make a copy, stealing, take it from them, and mill, to be stolen.
