Main deck strategy is to ramp out with Dowsing Dagger   and one of your unblockable creatures. You can keep pressure until you have the pieces in your hand for the mill combo of Fleet Swallower + Fraying Sanity . Supernatural Stamina for protection for your fish when you need it.

Sideboard strategy is more elaborate. (This deck wasn't meant to be built for competition. It's more for fun, so I have no idea why the competitive slidebar is so high.) Sequence it as shown above and as long as you are not interrupted (highly unlikely...lol...), you should win.
