A Soulflayer deck for under $40 that can put out a fully buffed Soulflayer on turns 4 or 5 with a little luck. Lotleth Troll and Greenseeker help you dump creatures out of your hand into the graveyard, and Satyr Wayfinder or Greenseeker let you find your land drops. Failing plan A, Lotleth Troll and Conifer Strider can make effective blockers or deal a lot of damage in the right circumstances, and Vampire Nighthawk helps you stabilise the board against aggro and burn. Lastly, Tracker's Instincts helps you find Soulflayers, dump creatures into the graveyard, or provide food for Lotleth Troll. Plan C is casting Unburial Rites and bringing back Zetalpa, Primal Dawn.

Either way, you can have effective control over the board as early as turn 3, but likely around turn 4 or 5.
