Ula god of the sea is on a quest to find sea monsters! 16 mana may seem low but trust me all you need is 1 or 2 in your opening hand those late mana draws can be a real pain. Basically if you dont get the Quest for Ula's Temple in your opening hand just use the Serum Powder or mulligan until you do. It is a pretty simple deck and fun to play!
