This is a deck idea I have been dwelling on for quite some time, but couldn't make any progress on. So now I'm looking toward the community if there is anything salvageable here. Hints and ideas how to make the core strategy viable would be much appreciated.

When I started to craft this deck, I was merely looking for a way to bring out Kiora as early as possible, trying to bring out the emblem and win with kraken tokens. I just love the idea of that because it has so much flavour. When thinking about ramping into her I found the very interesting card Bloom Tender which holds potential to give you 5 mana as early as turn 3, as long as u have a 5-color creature on the board. This is when I discovered Govern the Guildless, which I can use with its forecast ability to change the color of my Bloom Tender to all colors which gets me to a lot of mana as early as turn 3, if I have the 2 combo pieces. After that I was just trying to find cards that could effectively draw value from what I got so far.

I wanted to play this deck at least competetively in my play group, but I still feel like there is something lacking, which I confirmed in playtesting, but I'm not sure what it is.
