the idea is to mill yourself out with Merfolk Secretkeeper , Drowned Secrets and Wall of Lost Thoughts . then cast Jace, Wielder of Mysteries and win the game. You use Tamiyo, Collector of Tales and Once and Future to make sure you can get jace out of the graveyard to win the game, or to accelerate your milling by getting a drowned secrets or a one of your walls.

To stall out so you can mill yourself out you use Root Snare along with all of your blockers so that they cant swing through to kill you. You also run Sinister Sabotage to protect your jace and other high threat cards. Finally you also have Mission Briefing to flashback anything you may need in your graveyard such as your Once and Future or your counterspell.
