This is a casual deck I put together to play with some friends who are much more experienced players than I am. Simply put, it is a mill deck. The idea is to survive just long enough to rip through my opponent's library. Some bounce abilities help with this, while there are also a number of card-draw abilities and combos that really let Sphinx's Tutelage do its work.

Since this is a casual deck, I wanted to go heavy on the flavor, hence the Merfolk theme. Most of the cards in here have Merfolk flavor, although there are some obvious exceptions. That said, I'd prefer not to take away too much of that flavor in the spirit of building a deck that could (but most likely still couldn't) do well at a competitive event. This is strictly a casual deck. It has done well in play testing, but I would love to hear any suggestions for how I could make it even better while still keeping the spirit of the deck alive.
