Different take on the TRON archetype. I was able to Top 4 a local GPT (48 players) with this deck. The reddit link to my matches is here It's been a blast to play and Doubling Season has been insane :)

So the most important part of any Tron deck are the lands and how to get them into play.

Urza's Tower

Urza's Mine

Urza's Power Plant

Forest

Sanctum of Ugin --> Creature tutor that is typically used after dropping Karn or Ugin

Gemstone Caverns --> I have 1 in the main and swap it out depending on how the first game goes. I've been lucky a few times with this in my opening hand. Essentially lets me be on the play with

Creatures:

Emrakul, the Aeons Torn --> In this deck Emrakul is more of a secondary win-con. Still when I hard cast it that's pretty much game over.

Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger --> My other large finisher if the planeswalkers don't get the job done.

Wurmcoil Engine --> Pretty standard in a Tron deck and I can certainly use the lifelink as I typically take a few hits early on.

Walking Ballista --> Something that I expect to see more of in TRON decks. Ballista has been a star in handling the short game against aggro decks that seem to be showing up in more numbers. In the mid to late game, Ballista + Doubling Season will close the game out immediately.

Planeswalkers:

Ugin, the Spirit Dragon --> Ugin + almost any of the creatures is the primary win-con for my deck.

Karn Liberated --> I'm not going all in on Karn, but possibly being in a position to drop him on turn 3 is really potent.

Supporting Spells:

Chromatic Sphere --> 1 Mana conversion + Draw. Nice thing about Sphere is that you still get the draw effect, even if your opponent tries to mill you as the draw effect is tied to the mana effect (e.g., Lantern Control).

Chromatic Star --> ! Mana conversion + Draw. Nice thing about Star is that so long as the artifact hits your graveyard from play you still get the draw. If you have to use Oblivion Stone for example without activating Star.

Ancient Stirrings --> Urza land/Win-Con dig spell

Expedition Map --> Dig for Urza lands early on, then Sanctum in the late game.

Sylvan Scrying --> Same as the Maps.

Combos:

Doubling Season + Ugin, the Spirit Dragon --> With Doubing in play Ugin arrives on the battlefield with 14 loyalty counters. Enough to immediately use his Ultimate. Drawing 7 new cards and if one of those is another Ugin, I get to do it again.

I've had multiple games where I've chained 2 or more Ugin ultimates together to eventually hard cast Emrakul. In other instances I've drawn into a Walking Ballista and with the addiional lands I dropped, I was able to cast Ballista for lethal.
