U/G Deck based around a fairly simple infinite mana combo. With at least 3 lands (one being an Island), you need Magus of the Candelabra enchanted by Freed from the Real and the enchantment Heartbeat of Spring in play. Now to look at the combo. With 3 lands, you tap them for a total of 6 mana because of Heartbeat of Spring. Then pay 3 of that 6 to un-tap your 3 lands with Magus of the Candelabra leaving you with 3 mana. Then spend one U to un-tap Magus of the Candelabra leaving you with 2 extra mana. Then tap your lands again to gain 6 more mana, rinse, and repeat. Obviously with more mana the increase in mana each cycle will be greater but 2 mana each cycle still stacks up quick. And with Omnath, Locus of Mana you can create a reserve of green mana for later if you don't have anything big in your hand. This is where Staff of Domination comes into play. Its a very versatile card especially with infinite mana. You can continually draw a card and untap over and over again while gaining infinite mana until you draw one of your bombs, or gain an infinite amount of life, or both if you choose. Even with only Magus of the Candelabra and Heartbeat of Spring you can gain tons of mana early on in the game to play a 12 or less mana creature by turn 4. What big creatures you have in the deck really don't matter especially with Staff of Domination and the infinite combo since you can draw as much as you want. Spellbook helps just to build up some big bombs in your hand in the event you play Myojin of Life's Web and remove its divinity counter. Played right this deck is really mean. Its not perfect but when it works it works. I would love some suggestions for improvements. Thanks much :)
