This deck uses the well-known combo of Heritage Druid and Nettle Sentinel. Since Glimpse of Nature is banned in Modern, we rely instead on Beck / Call and Lead the Stampede to pilfer through the deck, chaining elves together and building up mana.

Once you've 3 Nettle Sentinels out, your 1-mana elves turn into super-Manamorphoses: they're drawing you cards and adding tons of mana.

If you get stuck in the chain, you can Summoner's Pact for Regal Force (acts as a Braingeyser), Elvish Visionary, or a win condition.

After chaining enough together, you can cast a giant Craterhoof Behemoth, Ezuri, Renegade Leader, or Joraga Warcaller. Your opponent will wind up taking damage in the 100s.

There's a few other combos in the deck.

Staff of Domination with Elvish Archdruid will generate infinite mana, draw infinite cards, gain infinite life, untap your team, and tap down all of your opponent's creatures. You need 4 other elves on the table, in addition to the Elvish Archdruid.

Temur Sabertooth can be used to go near-infinite in multiple ways. You can bounce and replay a mana dork to untap 4 Nettle Sentinels. If you have multiple mana dorks with 4 Nettle Sentinels, you can tap 6 elves and make 6 mana. You then bounce and replay the first dork, untapping Nettle Sentinel. You add 3 more mana, giving you a total of 6.
