The idea is to hit the opponent with unblock-able damage from Lightning-Rig Crew while tempo-ing or blasting with Lightning Strike, Shock, and Abrade. It's probably far from ideal and I'd appreciate help and suggestions.

Looking forward to using Siren's Ruse to take advantage of Raid and draw cards combos on bouncing Pirates, especially Storm Fleet Spy (I wish I had more) and Rigging Runner.

On why to include Black: March of the Dead lets me keep fewer Pirates in the deck and promises to activate more Lighting-Rig Crew taps. Kitesail Freebooter is annoying and fun -- likewise Doomfall. Could probably include more or less Black pirates that synergize.
