Just look at the cards, it's quite obvious what this deck is supposed to accomplish. Hinder your opponent while slowly slapping his health down. He gets a creature? Use one of the many choices of dealing with it in this deck. Destroy it, force him to sacrifice it, put it back in his hand, it's all there.

Also have won a game with a Signal Pest and 4 Ornithopters in my starting hand, coupled with two lands, ended up drawing 2 Peel from Reality s which then kept his stuff out as I killed him.

Suggestions, please. Currently a budget deck as I thought I'd put a little equipment-ninja-control deck together as it could be cheap enough for my current budget.

Based on Ninja Gaiden by Buckminsterfullerene, but Modernized and changed.
