This is a focused ninja-faeries U/B deck, with some tap/untap/counter shenanigans to create early opportunity.

Ideally this pulls a turn two Ninja of the Deep Hours/Ingenious Infiltrator to get the card engine running. Spellstutter sprites let me pull off early counterspells while also providing ninja vehicles. Fallen Shinobi comes in to deal big damage and unexpected gains pulled from their library.

For spells, Familiar's Ruse provides extra counters while also cycling Spellstutters, Miscreants, and Seers in and out for ETB effects. Distortion strike and Hidden strings both clear a path for Ninja hits with bonuses.

Extra Credit: When hidden strings cipher'd onto a Changeling untaps my mana, Dimir Aqueduct increases the return.
