I like this idea a lot. can't think of much to add. +1 though, I like the idea of delver control riding next to creature removal and a nighthawk. Discard helps tempo a lot too imo.

I would add Dissipate and Vampire Nighthawk He is extrenely good in decks with black mana produce.
