My recent attempt at a legacy tutelage mill, powered by ciphers and protected by counters. Ideally, Delver of Secrets   hits the board first turn, flips the second turn and can be ciphered with Paranoid Delusions . Third turn, Sphinx's Tutelage and from there on out it's pretty much butter. Remand is incredible as always for safety and draw mechanic, Repeal is a nice back up if you can't time the counter. If you're lucky enough to cipher Whispering Madness onto a Delver or Benthic Infiltrator the game ends very quickly, considering it will trigger potentially a full hand draw twice in the same turn -- ESPECIALLY deadly if there's more than one tutelage on the board. The deck works very well, but it can be a rocky start for the first 3 turns so the challenge is to make sure you've got a hand that can set you up to survive (with delvers/spellskite, tutelage, and counters). I'm still working on the sideboard, so suggestions (for sideboard or the maindeck!) are welcomed with open arms. thanks for checking it out!
