Sideboard

So I know this is kind of an odd list, but I really really really want to play a deck that feels like twin, in that we play the tempo game and then win the game on the spot with some combo. I'm also a broke college student which is why I'm missing some pretty common cards.

So the combo is pretty straight forward with Pili-Pala and Grand Architect on the field we can create infinite mana.

we need Pili-Pala to be tapped so we can either attack with it or spend 1 U and make it blue and then tap it with Grand Architect (producing 2 colorless) which we will then use to untap Pili-Pala creating 1 U and repeat.

so Are win cons are

Blue Sun's Zenith : with infinite mana we simply make our opponent deck themselves

Viridian Longbow : we attached this Pili-Pala and do infinite damage with the tap and untap

We run 1 of each just in case our opponent puts one in our yard or gets it with surgical

so the goal is to create infinite mana with Muddle the Mixture , Whir of Invention or Merchant Scroll in hand. Inventors' Fair works as an alternative but we aren't artifact heavy enough for it to be consistent.

Muddle the Mixture acts as our primary tutor spell (that also acts as disruption if needed which is great.) we can use it to tutor Pili-Pala or Merchant Scroll .

Merchant Scroll is used to tutor Blue Sun's Zenith or Whir of Invention into Viridian Longbow . It's important to note that we can also tutor Pact of Negation if we're worried about disruption while we have the combo in hand.

interaction:

Mana Leak , Mission Briefing , Pact of Negation , Remand , Spell Pierce .

this seems like a pretty standard counter spell set up, except for Pact of Negation . I feel like holding it in hand makes a turn 3 win more feasible.

Draw:

Opt , Serum Visions

just standard cantrips.

Creatures:

Glint-Nest Crane : we use this to dig for Pili-Pala or even Viridian Longbow . also doubles as a blocker

Spellskite so because our combo is so fragile I included skite for protection, it also has a nice but so it's not a bad blocker.

I know this is a 3 card combo so it's inherently fragile and inconsistent, I've tried to mitigate this with redundancy and duel purpose pieces.

The deck can win turn 3 off a good draw (turn 2 pili, turn 3 architect and some search/finisher) and it has a roughly 40% chance of doing so, but thats without any interaction of course.

I would love some help with this, I'm just so burned out with playing storm and looking for something that I can play and tune without dropping $$$$ while still being able to put up a fight at FNM. Thanks for any input!
