This is an edh deck restricted to cards with converted mana costs of two. It is part of a series of decks restricted to one cmc that I am currently working on. This deck and "The Dollar Store" are updated up to commander 2017.

The deck has a lot of slow engines to durdle with. It tries to build up a respectable board state (which is somewhat difficult considering the mana restriction) and maybe combo off.
