Infinite Token Combos
Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Pestermite/Restoration Angel
Pestermite + Splinter Twin
Tap to get a copy of something that untaps. Pretty common self-explanatory combo.
The fun part is, you only need a Recruiter of the Guard to assemble a whole combo!
Recruiter of the Guard searches Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker. Activate Kiki targeting Recruiter, then search Pestermite.

Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + a nonlegendary creature + Isochron Scepter imprinting Dramatic Reversal
With 2 mana worth of mana rocks, you can use the scepter to untap Kiki instead of the creature he's targeting, so the creature can be anything he can target. An army of hasty Snapcaster Mages is my personal favorite.

Cackling Counterpart + Dualcaster Mage
Counterpart can target anything. Dualcaster copies Counterpart. The copies of Counterpart target Dualcaster. Best done at opponent's EOT.

Parfait Combos
Scroll Rack/Brainstorm + Land Tax/ a fetchland
Grab some lands with Land Tax. Put them on top of your library with Scroll Rack in exchange for some real cards. Next Tax trigger, search for the same lands again! Using a fetch doesn't net you cards but it does let you shuffle away cards you don't want.
Rack and Brainstorm can also let you stack miracles on top of your library.

Sensei's Divining Top + Land Tax/a fetchland
Ditch bad draws before you waste time drawing them. If you just want the shuffle from Land Tax but don't want a handful of basics, you can fail to find and still get the free shuffle.

Scepter Combos
The classic.
Isochron Scepter imprinting Dramatic Reversal
Using scepter untaps itself and all of your mana rocls. As long as you can produce three mana via mana rocks, you can produce infinite mana.

Isochron Scepter + Paradox Engine
Imprinting any value instant, with two mana via mana rocks you can cast the instant an infinite amount of times.

Shu Yun Utility
Disclaimer Honestly, Shu Yun, the Silent Tempest kinda sucks in multiplayer EDH. He's here for the colors, but he does have a couple fun things to help out with.

Shu Yun's Trigger + Sword of Feast and Famine/Umezawa's Jitte
Let's you double up on your sweet triggers. Try resolving a Sphinx's Revelation after the first Feast and Famine untap trigger but before the second resolves. Being untapped with a bunch of new cards in hand is fun. Sword of Fire and Ice doesn't work well with it however because of Pro-blue.

If you really want two Fire and Ice triggers, you have to use Shu Yun's trigger on an unequipped creature, and then equip Fire and Ice to them afterwards.

Shu Yun's prowess let's you use Stubborn Denial's ferocious because prowess resolves first. It's not nothing.

Misc. Synergies
Mana Vault + Venser, the Sojourner/Tezzeret the Seeker /Paradox Engine
Turn 1 vault, cast your second piece turn 2, then start untapping your vault.

Gilded Drake + Venser, the Sojourner
Keep flickering Drake for great value.
