Basic summary of strategy for people new to Arcum: Ramp up to Arcum and a sacrificial artifact creature or two by turn 1-3. Arcum fetches for Rings of Brighthearth first, then Basalt Monolith and Staff of Domination (two turns/Arcum-taps with the second one using Rings of Brighthearth for double value). Then use Rings of Brighthearth and Basalt Monolith to generate infinite mana, which you will immediately use to power staff of domination for infinite value (see card). Then draw your whole deck into Walking Ballista, paying infinite mana, then kill everyone by removing infinite counters for damage. Will win consistently on turns 3-6 if used correctly (possible turn 2 and 1 so technically not clickbait). The only cards required to win are mana dorks/artifact creatures (Some will be both) and the rest is done by Arcum's ability.

This is only the general win condition that you are going for, and you will probably be disrupted before it goes off if you are in a competitive game (especially multiplayer), where you will have to have a change of plan. I generally recommend slowing down and setting up protection (boots, counterspells) before putting down Arcum and starting to combo. (It is really hard to recover from losing your main combo pieces, as you have little fast alternatives).
