This is hyper-competitive EDH deck. Your opponents will not enjoy this game, but you have a very high chance of winning within the first 5 turns. Here is the deck breakdown.

Buried Ruin will be used to return artifact ramp from your graveyard. It can also recall Isochron Sceptor and save your infinite. If your play group doesn't run very much artifact hate, either run Breya, Etherium Shaper or drop these two cards.

Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth would not be in here if I had less colorless lands because it can assist my opponents as well. But as is, it's necessary to keep colors in my lands.

Boseiju, Who Shelters All is an absolute in this deck. It can guarantee my win conditions resolve.

Bojuka Bog is included to prevent hasty graveyard decks from killing me before I win, even though the ETB tapped hurts.

I feel like the rest of the lands are self-explanatory.

The control section is made up of cards to prevent my opponents from disrupting me when I'm winning the game.

Counter spells:Arcane Denial, Swan Song, Mental Misstep, Dispel, Spell Pierce, Force of Will, and Pact of Negation. These are relatively cheap counter spells that I can use with minimal disturbance to my combo. Mindbreak Trap and Mental Misstep will rarely be used to stop the combo, but rather to stop other turn 2-3 combos in my playgroup.

Casting Abeyance or Silence on my turn when I'm going to combo will allow me to do so without any worry whatsoever of my opponents stopping me. If it's not possible to combo in one turn, I can cast these spells on my opponents upkeep to prevent them from doing anything to stop me. This move has won games.

Cyclonic Rift is there to remove anything on my opponents field that could stop me from going off.

Return to Dust is amazing artifact/enchantment removal.

Thoughtseize is a reserve-for-control-players-only card. I use this to pull counter spells that would otherwise shut me down.

Notion Thief and Windfall is a cute combo I have in here. If it resolves, then my opponents discard their hands, and I draw 20 cards. This usually means game over.

Snapcaster Mage has a ton of utility in this deck. The ability to recast a tutor, counter spell, or combo piece is insane.

This is easily the most important section. Many of the combos in here rely on me having multiple mana rocks on the field.

Azorius Signet, Dimir Signet, Orzhov Signet, Talisman of Dominance, and Fellwar Stone are the bulk rocks in here. Having two or three of these on the field proves extremely helpful.

One of win-cons is Aetherflux Reservoir, so having zero drop artifacts to up my storm count is ideal. Lotus Petal, Chrome Mox, and Mana Crypt, are amazing due to their positive mana.

Other positive mana sources are Sol Ring, Grim Monolith, and Mana Vault.

Gilded Lotus is my biggest rock, and often my target for Copy Artifact. It's mana production is all about value.

High Tide works well when I cast Turnabout to maximize my value.

Dark Ritual and Cabal Ritual are great for multiple reasons. They up my storm count for cheap, net positive mana, and can allow a turn 1 Necropotence.

Demonic Tutor is self-explanatory.

Dark Petition is iffy in this deck, but I decided to use it because it can get me my win con sooner.

Muddle the Mixture will hardly ever be used as a counter spell, but rather as a tutor for either Isochron Sceptor or Dramatic Reversal.

Enlightdened Tutor, Mystical Tutor, and Vampiric Tutor are all great tutors except they put the tutored card on top of your library. See the Draw section for ways to deal with this.

Brainstorm, Ponder, and Preordain are your typical EDH blue draw cards. I find utility for them for picking up a card I tutored for off the top of my deck and for raising my storm count.

Frantic Search is a personal favorite. It's digging pays for itself.

Lim-Dul's Vault is able to set up a win really easily. I can put whatever I need on top and grab it with a dig spell.

Mystic Remora generates a crazy amount of value if played turn one. I usually never let it live longer than two turns though. This is a much better choice in all EDH decks (in my opinion) than Rhystic Study.

Necropotence is one of the best cards in the deck. It can combo with Angel's Grace to remove my entire deck, making a Laboratory Maniac win much easier.

Sensei's Divining Top allows me to always be ahead of the game. This is a staple in every EDH deck.

Time Spiral is a hand filler and deck reset if things go wrong. I keep this around as my trump card.

Here's the moment you've all been waiting for, the combo's!!!

Ad Nauseam + Angel's Grace is entire deck in hand.

Ad Nauseam is great even without Angel's Grace. This deck has a 2.25 average CMC, so you can get quite a few cards in hand before needing to stop.

Doomsday, put (from top to bottom) Gitaxian Probe, Predict, Laboratory Maniac, Unearth, and Street Wraith. Play Gitaxian Probe and draw a card. Play Predict, name Laboratory Maniac. Draw two cards. Play Laboratoty Maniac. Cycle Unearth. Draw a card. Cycle Street Wraith. Win the game.

Cycling is the best way to draw because it's and ability which is much harder to counter.

Note that Unearth is in here because it can revive Laboratory Maniac if something goes wrong. Generally you'd want to cast Silence or Abeyance at some other point in this turn.

Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Sceptor + mana rocks is infinite mana/storm. Proceed to kill with Tendrils of Agony, Aetherflux Reservoir (includes infinite life), or play Mind's Desire to cast your entire deck for free.

Paradox Engine, Aetherflux Reservoir, Oloro, Ageless Ascetic, and rocks can achieve not a guaranteed infinite, but a very long combo to generate a ton of mana, draw power, and life. Usually results in having enough life to kill everyone or access to a win condition.

Quicken enables instant speed Tendrils of Agony. That with Shimmer Myr can be instant speed game over if you have Isochron Sceptor and Dramatic Reversal.

Turnabout doesn't combo, but provides enough mana with my rocks on the field to obtain a combo.

Yawgmoth's Will puts my storm count through the roof and usually provides the win. Recast cards like Turnabout and Dramatic Reversal to produce tons of mana.
