Winning with Gates started out as a joke. Now it is very much a reality. The curve is tight. The Mana is good. The Goal i had in mind with this was to activate Maze's End as many times as possible in one turn cycle. We do this by having many additional land drops and many ways to untap lands. Once this plan is up and going it tends to be countermagic proof and usually it is only a minor setback when you opponents destroy a creature/enchantment/artifact. The other focuses of the deck are to find what you need (Tutors) and ways to return cards from your graveyard (to beat land destruction). All and all this deck ramps at a decent rate of speed and can win as soon as turn 5 with a scapeshift or bring to light kill. This deck rewards the pilot for knowing what they can accomplish with the amount of mana they have.
