Tsabo Tavoc mean things themed commander deck. Not much in terms of winning here, per se, but a lot of 'fun' things that make life a little more miserable for your friends.

Strategy

The point of Tsabo is to ruin the game in an entertaining way. With the number of answers to graveyard, token, storm, and other strategies, you typically want to start off with low-end chaos cards (such as Uba Mask) that screw with people while continuing to build up a mana base to allow for the more dangerous late-game cards like Tsabo Tavoc herself. With the amount of removal available, waiting for better targets is usually unnecessary and breaks theme.

Wincons

1. Tsabo Tavoc. Not only can she be cast multiple times (for exorbitant amounts of mana), she's great removal and can annihilate opponents very quickly, as well as provide great defense.
2. Kaervek the Merciless kicks ass all the time.
3. Rakdos, Lord of Riots. Early game Rakdos is incredible. Most of the good cards in the deck have a high CMC, but are mostly generic mana, meaning the ramp he allows can increase the your pace drastically.
4. Phage the Untouchable. Duh.
5. Most of the burn really sticks together for a great amount of life lost over time (Spellshock, Zo-Zu the Punisher, and Havoc Festival are the best ones).

Notable Cards

1. Burning Sands sucks really bad with removal.
2. Cathartic Reunion. Isn't this the last place where you'd want to hug your mom?
3. Who sees Darkness coming?
4. Endless Whispers crazies the game up a lot. Good with Burning Sands and repeatable removal. Also with Tsabo finishing off Phage the Untouchable.
5. Grip of Chaos turns removal abilities into Russian Roulette (that can't target Tsabo if you're using Diaochan, Artful Beauty or what have you).
6. Spreading Plague is really fun.
7. Etali, Primal Storm can topdeck a lot of interesting stuff.
8. Hellcarver Demon does too, in a more entertaining way.
9. I've had people scoop when I've played Uba Mask before. Good with Seizan, Perverter of Truth.
