Normally I'm not a huge fan of combo in EDH. This has kept me away from Sliver Queen as a Commander, but I think I've got it at a level I'm okay with. The base combo takes four cards: manabased token creation, the ability for creatures to tap for mana, blanket haste, doubling of tokens. This takes four cards and creates infinite tapped tokens. A fifth card can produce a variety of other effects.

Manabased Token Creation
Sliver Queen is what the deck is built around. Ghave, Guru of Spores can fill in.

Tapping Creatures For Mana
Gemhide Sliver and Citanul Hierophants are the options in my deck. I could add Manaweft Sliver , but I don't own one yet. Cryptolith Rite is on the way.

Blanket Haste
The options I included were Maelstrom Wanderer, Temur Ascendancy, Akroma's Memorial, and Urabrask the Hidden. Lightning Greaves works to get the combo going at sorcery speed and protects pieces. Intruder Alarm removes the need for haste if I already have two creatures that can tap for mana. If the alarm enables the combo too easily it will come out.

Double Tokens
Since Sliver Queen costs two generic for a Sliver we'll need Parallel Lives or Primal Vigor to make it so she has twins with each activation. Heartstone also works, but doens't work if you need to use Ghave.

Finding the Combo
I could fill my deck with tutors to make this easier to pull off, but I just don't want to. I have included a Recruiter of the Guard that can find combo pieces, but I'd rather use it to get a utility pieces.

Now What?
Essence Warden or Suture Priest gives us infinite life.
Purphoros, God of the Forge or Goblin Bombardment kill the table.
Altar of the Brood mills the table.
Grimgrin, Corpse-Born can get very large, or combines with Dictate of Erebos or Zulaport Cutthroat for added synergy.
Aura Shards can clear the table of artifacts and enchantments.
