So, I want to make a Horde of Notions deck, yeah yeah! In my "extensive" EDH career, i've gotten tired of competitive EDH decks that do the same thing. Also on spending a lot of money on them. So.........This is to be fun. Feel free to add any suggestions that are mean in case I want to hurt someone. I don't really think Hoard is a super good general, but he's something to play around with extra cards. Cheers!
